Carrier scans do not always appear every day. Some parcels are booked, prepared, or handed between carrier networks before the next live milestone is posted. This page shows the latest tracking information available to BL TAC.
The Shop app can sometimes show a different status from the carrier route. Use this BL TAC tracking page as the main reference because it keeps the available carrier milestones linked to the same shipment.
Please check the delivery address, mailbox, safe place, mailroom, reception, or collection point first. If the parcel still cannot be found, contact BL TAC with your order number so we can review the tracking and follow it up if there is a delivery issue.
Contact us if tracking has not moved for several business days, shows a delivery problem, says delivered but the parcel cannot be found, or you have an address issue that needs checking. For normal scan delays, our support team will usually see the same tracking information shown on this page.
If the tracking page shows a delivery issue, or the parcel cannot be found after being marked delivered, contact us with your order number.
