Why has my tracking not updated?
Carrier scans do not always appear every day. Some parcels are booked, prepared, or handed between carrier networks before the next live milestone is posted. This page shows the latest tracking information available to BL TAC.
Why does the Shop app show a different status?
The Shop app can sometimes show a different status from the carrier route. Use this BL TAC tracking page as the main reference because it keeps the available carrier milestones linked to the same shipment.
What if tracking says delivered but I have not received it?
Check the delivery address, mailbox, safe place, household members, mailroom, reception, or collection point. Carriers can mark a parcel delivered shortly before the final handoff is complete, so check again later the same day.
Why are there multiple tracking numbers?
A shipment can use one number for the international journey and another for local delivery. BL TAC keeps every available leg together here, so continue using this page as the single tracking reference.
